FCC Repeals TV 39% Ownership Cap

In its place, the FCC will now make case-by-case decisions based on the facts of any proposed TV acquisition/merger transaction. Particular attention will be placed on whether the details of any proposed transaction will serve the public interest. A legal challenge is expected.
